Sales Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Support Sales Team with all activities related to the administration of the sales organization in North America.
• Maintain the administration for assigned accounts with special attention to item set ups, forecast entry and lab data requests.
• Support the assigned Sales Representatives with existing and new accounts by focusing on sales development activities, including presentations, price quotation creation and sample entry, tracking and delivery.
• Access current data system to retrieve real time data for all reporting and production information needs.
• Assist in showroom set up and prepare for account meetings.
• Plan and organize daily work schedule to accommodate new priorities, addressing the urgent and focusing on the company’s most important objectives.
• Assist with product/service-related issues by gathering data, requesting samples and test results.
• Develop professional and technical knowledge of all products within the division. Work inside and outside the organization to learn all areas of the business, including Customer Requirements, Product Development, Production, Quality and Customer Service.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Related work experience of 2-3 years; retail and merchandising experience a plus, but not mandatory

• Self-confident; ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation and selling skills.
• Ability to foster and develop positive client relationships.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities. Uses time efficiently, develops realistic action plans.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Strong technology skills, including Excel, Power Point and database expertise.
